You’ll still speak to our Cruise Concierge to book your river cruise, and we’ll continue to tailor your holiday to match your exact needs. Yet now if you have any questions about your booking at a later date, or if you want to amend something, you can call our Concierge Desk who’ll happily solve your query.

Our Concierge Desk can also put you through to a Cruise Concierge if you wish to make a booking, and if you’ve booked with a member of the team before and wish to speak to that specific Cruise Concierge about your next booking, we’ll be happy to put you through to them.
